Job Summary:

The scope of design projects for the visual landscape will range from web, digital, and graphic design as prioritized by the Director of Brand & Creative Strategy. The User Experience (UX) & Brand Designer has a passion for digital communications and combines talent for both design and technology by research and understanding emerging trends. Consistently implement best practices on a wide range of projects cover web, digital and graphic design.  Clear understanding of branding and production, the ideal person will learn and grow in this role.

Position Responsibilities:

Design, build, produce, and manage interactive online content, including landing pages, email templates, and banners.

Develop and design print/production assets.

Develop useful, usable, and adaptive user interfaces through Marketo Engagement (CRM Knowledge).

Manage internal digital brand library (Brand Hub) and creation of interactive information templates.

Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development. Stay abreast of current digital design trends and leveraging them to design.

Position Qualifications Required:

Required Experience:

  • 1-3 years of design experience in a corporate setting or agency.

  • Proficiency with HTML & CSS development, with a strong understanding of responsive design

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) and Microsoft Office

  • Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies

  • Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with colleagues and partners

  • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently

  • Excellent, design, typography, brand persona, storytelling data and visualization skills

  • A strong eye for design while still staying detail-oriented

  • Ability to work within tight timelines and sudden changes

  • Ability to journey map, user persona, and customer experience flow charts

  • CRM platform experience a plus

  • Must be comfortable in a productive environment as a team player and independently

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, or the equivalent.
