Full-Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Virtua Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine

Location: Marlton, NJ | Schedule: Full Time

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our care team. This is an outpatient-only position focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex pulmonary conditions and those preparing for or recovering from lung transplantation.

About the Role:
As a key member of the care team, the APP will manage patients across the continuum of advanced lung disease and transplantation. Working closely with pulmonologists, transplant surgeons, nurses, and other specialists, the APP will:

Provide comprehensive evaluations and ongoing management for patients with advanced pulmonary diseases.

Deliver coordinated pre- and post-lung transplant care, including routine follow-up visits, medication management, lab and diagnostic review, and patient education.

Monitor for transplant-related complications, infection, or rejection and collaborate with physicians to adjust treatment plans as needed.

Serve as a key point of contact for patients and families, offering education, support, and guidance throughout the transplant journey.

Compensation:

The starting salary for this position is: $115,000.00 (annually).
The actual compensation package could vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, the applicant’s experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
