Virtua Health is proud to offer an exceptional opportunity for an established, board-certified transplant surgeon to join our Center for Organ Transplantation Team. We are the only provider of kidney, pancreas, and liver transplant services in South Jersey, with a legacy of over 45 years delivering exceptional care.

About the Role:
This position focuses on liver transplantation and requires extensive liver transplant surgery experience, including expertise with normothermic machine perfusion (NMP) devices. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care throughout every stage of the transplant journey.

Compensation:

The starting salary for this position is: $600,000.00. The actual compensation package could vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, the applicant’s experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
