Outpatient Gastroenterologist – Egg Harbor Township, NJ - Employed Position with Virtua Health

Virtua Health is seeking a skilled Outpatient Gastroenterologist to join our growing team in the Egg Harbor Township area.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or Board-eligible Gastroenterologist.

• Strong interest in outpatient care with a focus on gastroenterology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality outpatient gastroenterology services to a diverse patient population.

• Perform consultations, evaluations, and treatment for gastrointestinal disorders.

• Build long-lasting relationships with patients and the community.

• Opportunity to be involved in leadership roles and potential ASC ownership.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The starting salary as a gastroenterologist is: $461,000.00
  The actual compensation package for a gastroenterologist will vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, the applicant’s experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

• Productivity Incentive Bonus: Eligible per employment agreement
