Summary:

Responsible for providing professional transportation for company executives.  Provides administrative support as needed.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide secure transportation for executives, ensuring their safety during travel and at events. Ensure necessary precautions are in place before the executive arrives and manages all logistics related to executive movements. 

Support Corporate Security programs and ensures that all necessary precautions are in place before the executive arrives.

Maintain continuous situational awareness during transport and events; monitor surroundings for potential threats, adjust routes as needed, and coordinate with security leadership for updates or emergent concerns. Preplan routes and coordinate with Security Leadership for additional security interventions.

Serve as a liaison with internal departments, administrative staff, contract security teams, and public safety personnel.  Effectively communicates (verbal and written) to team members.

Ensure vehicles are mission ready through daily inspections, routine maintenance checks, cleanliness, fuel status, equipment checks, and documentation of any mechanical issues.

Operate vehicles in accordance with defensive driving principles, organizational policies, and state motor vehicle laws, including evasive driving techniques when required.

Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:

2 years of professional driving experience required.

Ability to stay levelheaded and respond quickly in stressful situations.

Proficient written and oral communication skills


Required Education:
HS diploma or equivalent.

Training/Certifications/Licensure:

Valid Driver’s License Required. Must be at least 21 years of age and meet insurance requirements.

Defensive Driving Course preferred.

Hourly Rate: $21.85 - $32.83 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
