Virtua Home Care and Hospice is hiring! We are a large, Medicare-certified home health agency that provides multidisciplinary skilled services in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties.

Our caring and experienced staff provide hospital-level nursing care in the home and are accredited by The Joint Commission, signifying achievement of the highest standards of quality care. We have been recognized for our falls prevention program and received the New Jersey Hospital Association Excellence in Quality Improvement Award for interventions to reduce catheter-associated tract infections. We are newly certified in Heart Failure and are the only homecare agency in New Jersey to be certified by the American Heart Association.

We are growing and offer opportunities to specialize in Cardiac, Wound Care, Palliative Care, and Hospice.

Current Home Health Care Opportunities:

• Full Time Field RNs (1 year of RN experience required)

• Full Time WOCN Specialist RNs (Current board certification as WOC (ET) nurse (CWOCN) required within 1 year)

• Full Time Cardiac Supervisor

• Full Time Home Health Aides (HHA cert required)

Current Hospice Opportunities:

• Full Time RNs (2-3 years of hospice experience required)

• Full Time Hospice Aides (HHA cert required)

• PD Hospice Physician

• PD Nurse Practitioner

Hospice Care | Virtua Health

Hourly Rate: $17.65 - $130,988.05 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
