Orthopedic Foot & Ankle/Trauma Surgeon - Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics
Job ID: R1064300 Type: Full Time Location: Mount Holly, New Jersey Standard Hours: 40 Shift: 1st ShiftVirtua Reconstructive Orthopedics is seeking an Orthopedic Foot & Ankle/Trauma Surgeon to join their growing orthopedic surgery team. This position will be based in Mt. Holly, NJ.
The successful candidate will diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal injuries. The position offers access to advanced surgical technology, dedicated trauma operating room time, and a robust referral network.
Responsibilities:
-Provide comprehensive evaluation and surgical management of orthopedic foot & ankle/trauma patients.
-Participate in call coverage.
-Perform operative and non-operative treatment of acute musculoskeletal injuries.
-Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, emergency physicians, intensivists, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
-Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
-Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.
-Contribute to departmental growth through clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and community engagement.
Compensation & Benefits:
In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all physician roles include a posted minimum base salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $475,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
