Advanced Practice Provider - Day Shift - Critical Care - Full Time

Schedule: Full Time, 1st Shift

Virtua Medical Group is seeking a Full-Time Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. This role is designed for an APP with strong critical care expertise who excels in managing medically complex, critically ill patients.

Overview

As a Critical Care APP, you will provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients. You will be responsible for ongoing patient assessment, diagnostic interpretation, treatment planning, and rapid clinical decision-making in collaboration with intensivists and the multidisciplinary ICU team.

This position requires a high level of clinical judgment and autonomy, particularly during day shift hours, while maintaining close communication with intensivists to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

Compensation:

The starting salary for this position is: $148,500.00 (annually).
The actual compensation package could vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, the applicant’s experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
