Job Summary:
Makes all professional psychological judgments in care of patients seen. Assesses an individual’s psychological wellness needs.  Requires detailed knowledge of individual’s specialty in terms of theories and practice; ability to make decisions that require significant analysis and investigation and ability to determine appropriate courses of action in more complex situations.

Position Responsibilities:
Psychological assessments according to population served. Evaluating results of testing, ie: health behaviors, psychological screening, and personality behaviors.  Administer depression, anxiety screens, and drug/alcohol screening.  Make outside referrals for continued care as necessary.

Provide ongoing counseling and group work, as determined necessary. 

Compensation:

In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all Psychologist roles include a posted minimumbase salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $93,038.40 per year.  Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.

Annual Salary: $98,700 - $158,398 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
