RN- Breast Care VMG

Point of contact for referring providers regarding comprehensive plan of care for the breast care patients.
Position Responsibilities:
Works closely with breast clinicians and other departments to deliver care in a timely manner.
Facilitates consultations and follow up appointments with the breast clinicians.
Orders any necessary tests, treatment, and follow-up care prescribed by the clinicians.
Performs various clinical tasks within the scope of their license.
Prepare and assist clinical providers with patient examinations and procedures.
Communicates effectively and professionally with staff, supervisor, clients, physicians and others involved in care.
Assists Residents and Medical Students in the delivery of patient care.
Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:
Experience with Breast Care required.
Required Education:
Graduate of an approved RN School of Nursing.
Training/Certifications/Licensure Required:
Current NJ RN License.
Current BLS certification through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
