The Virtua Pharmacy Monitoring Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team. This role will focus on supporting Virtua employees and their dependents who are currently prescribed GLP-1 medications for weight management.

This is a Monday–Friday, first-shift position offering a predictable schedule and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preventive care, chronic disease management, and delivering evidence-based treatment to support long-term patient outcomes.

Training/Certifications/Licensure:

• Stay current with medical trends and provide evidence-based practice medicine by completing the required continuing education credits as mandated by state requirements.

• Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse is required.

• Current NJ RN license and appropriate Advanced Practice licensure for specialty

• BLS certification

• NJ CDS and DEA licensure

Compensation:

In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all clinician roles include a posted minimum base salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $125,000.00 per year.  Final compensation for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
