Heart Failure Advanced Practice Provider - Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant

Virtua Medical Group has a need for an Advanced Practice Provider for Virtua's Heart Failure Program. This is a full-time, outpatient opportunity for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. One year of cardiology experience required, heart failure experience preferred.

Our providers ensure patients with heart failure know how to manage their condition and have an ongoing source of support and care. We have five centers located in Cherry Hill, Sewell, Willingboro, Moorestown, and Woodbury. The Virtua Heart Failure Program is a dedicated team of advanced practice nurses, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation staff, physicians, pharmacists, and dietitians who create an individualized, evidence-based treatment program customized for our patients.
